Dashboard, with the onboarding archetype decided SERVER-SIDE so the
correct block is in the initial HTML - no post-/api/me reveal, no layout
shift (CLS fix 2026-08-22). The route has the user and the three signals are
cheap queries; `data-onboard` drives a CSS show-rule, and the allowance line
for the overlay lead is rendered here too. The /api/me JS is demoted to a
reconcile that leaves a server-decided section alone (see dashboard.html).
On any failure this falls back to `data-onboard=""` -> the JS reveal (the
prior behavior), never a broken page.
