Retired 2026-07-26: combined chat now lives on the Live page, which shows
the same feed whether the video comes from the browser encoder or the user's
own encoder.

A 302 rather than a deletion, because bookmarks and already-sent emails
should land somewhere sensible instead of a 404. Kept as a redirect rather
than left serving chat.html: two live chat surfaces would drift, and that is
exactly the failure this codebase keeps paying for (the emote-bracket bug
between two chat renderers, the same platform logo wrong in six places).
One live chat surface, not two.

templates/chat.html is deliberately left in the tree, migrated and working,
so reverting is a one-line change here rather than a rebuild.
