Begin the YouTube DESTINATION connect via full OAuth (dest-mode
state; the shared callback saves the connection, then finalizes the
destination).

GET-only and mutation-free by design, mirroring the Twitch/Kick dest
routes: it only ever redirects to Google's consent screen, never
writes to the DB itself. The DB-mutating fast path lives at
POST /api/oauth/youtube-dest/start (same path, different method) so
it can't be triggered by a forged cross-site GET.
