# Read the public RSS feed for a publishing series.

`GET /publishing-feeds/{seriesSlug}.xml`

## Response `200`

RSS XML feed. A public show's feed is sent with `X-Robots-Tag: all`. An unlisted show's feed is served to whoever has the link, sent with `X-Robots-Tag: noindex, nofollow, noarchive`, and carries `<itunes:block>Yes</itunes:block>` and `<podcast:block>yes</podcast:block>` so podcast directories leave it out.

## Other responses

- `404`: Series feed not found: missing, non-audio, archived, deleted, or a private show (a private show answers exactly as a missing one does). The body is a minimal RSS XML document, not a JSON error envelope.
