Site payload

- SiteGetResponse
  - `subdomain` string, required
  - `rowUpdatedAt` integer, required: DB row timestamp for optimistic concurrency (compare with expectUpdatedAt on PUT).
  - `site` object, required: Site document: includes `pages` (array of SitePageDef), `theme`, title, SEO fields. Use GET to copy shapes from a template-backed site.
