  - `phone` string: Top-up: full international number, e.g. +911234567890
  - `operator_code` string: Top-up: optional, from /topup/quote
  - `sku` string: Top-up: sku from /topup/quote
  - `send_value` number: Top-up: send_value from /topup/quote
  - `plan_id` string: eSIM: plan_id from /esim/plans
  - `deliver_to_email` string: eSIM: optional; emails the QR code to your customer. Leave empty to deliver it yourself from the response.
