# Read the bounded, customer-scoped Overview aggregate

Returns one read-only workspace DTO for Overview SSR and freshness polling. Call rows include the compact component_billing wallet verdict used by Calls, without billing line items. Each number carries incoming_rule -- what that line does when it is called -- resolved for every number in one batched read, so the page can say which lines answer without a request per number. knowledge reports how many active knowledge bases the workspace has and how many documents are in them, as two counts rather than the bases themselves. The aggregate is tenant-bound to the bearer session, uses no provider calls, and omits provider internals, full verification profiles, secrets, invoices, and voice-stack configuration.
