# Read the bounded, customer-scoped Billing aggregate

Returns one read-only Billing DTO for SSR and freshness polling, including workspace-wide number_allowance (used, limit, remaining, can_add; null limit means no billed-number cap). Wallet available_minor is purchased funds; promotional_available_minor is browser-only credit and total_available_minor is their combined amount. The aggregate is tenant-bound to the bearer session, uses no Stripe or carrier request, and bounds recent wallet activity and receipts.
