`GET /v1/dashboard/api-keys`

Returns API-key metadata only; key material and hashes are never returned. `connected_apps` lists the apps connected to the workspace over OAuth (`grants`, newest first, at most 50, with `has_more`); `enabled` is false, with an empty list, while OAuth sign-in is not available.
