The child reuses the parent's pinned suite revision, content hash and compiled workflow, so it asks exactly the question the original asked. The parent run and every verdict it holds are left untouched.

- `400`: Missing idempotency_key
- `404`: Run not found, or Simulations Lab is not enabled

- `422`: Typed refusal: no_failed_cases, unsupported_mode, active_run_limit or organization_budget
