# Generate Support File Upload Creds

`GET /v0/support/upload_creds`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Generate credentials to upload files to Skydio for support.

## Response `200`

Contains the credentials needed to upload files to a specific folder in the support bucket.

  - `data` object, required: Contains the credentials needed to upload files to a specific folder in the support bucket.
    - `upload_creds` object, required
      - `aws_access_key_id` string, required: The temporary credential AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID scoped to the returned bucket and prefix.
      - `aws_expiration` string, date-time, required: The expiration time of the temporary credentials.
      - `aws_secret_access_key` string, required: The temporary credential AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY scoped to the returned bucket and prefix.
      - `aws_session_token` string, required: The temporary credential AWS_SESSION_TOKEN scoped to the returned bucket and prefix.
      - `aws_use_fips_endpoint` boolean, required: Whether we should use FIPS endpoint for AWS (can set AWS_USE_FIPS_ENDPOINT env var to True). If this is false, you can use the accelerate endpoint or the default endpoint for this region.
      - `destination_bucket_name` string, required: The S3 bucket to upload to.
      - `destination_bucket_region` string, required: The region of the S3 bucket.
      - `destination_prefix` string, required: The prefix inside the bucket to upload to. The returned credentials will only have access to upload to this prefix, in this bucket.
