`DELETE /item/remove`

Permanently delete an item and its associated inventory records.

## Request body

  - `item_id` string, required — Item ID to remove

## Response `200`

Item removed

  - `success` boolean, required — Whether the operation succeeded

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad request
- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden. Insufficient permissions.
- `429` — Too many requests. Rate limit exceeded.
- `500` — Internal server error.
