# Follow or unfollow a user

`POST /api/v1/users/{username}/follow`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.skills-hub.ai`
- URL: `https://api.skills-hub.ai/api/v1/users/{username}/follow`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Authenticated. Toggles the current user's follow relationship with the target `username` — follows if not already following, unfollows otherwise. Returns the resulting follow state.

- `username` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful response. The returned fields are described in this endpoint's summary/description; typed per-field response schemas are being added incrementally.
