# Get skill detail

`GET /api/v1/skills/{slug}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.skills-hub.ai`
- URL: `https://api.skills-hub.ai/api/v1/skills/{slug}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Returns full detail for one skill by `slug`: latest instructions, version history, composition, and media. Public for public skills; `PRIVATE`/`ORG`/`UNLISTED` skills require the author or an authorized member. Includes the caller's `userLiked`/`userBookmarked` flags when authenticated.
