# Add a policy entry

`POST /api/v1/orgs/{slug}/policy`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.skills-hub.ai`
- URL: `https://api.skills-hub.ai/api/v1/orgs/{slug}/policy`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Adds a skill to the org's policy (its effect depends on the policy mode). Org-level entries require the `ADMIN` org role; department- or team-scoped entries are part of the governance preview and require a platform admin. Idempotent per scope; recorded in the audit log.

## Path parameters

- `slug` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful response. The returned fields are described in this endpoint's summary/description; typed per-field response schemas are being added incrementally.
