# Retired: regenerating is deleting the drafts and pressing Generate again

`POST /v1/days/{day}/regenerate`

## Request

Answers 410 `gone` since the generate-reliability plan (O4): delete the drafts of the window (`DELETE /v1/entries/{id}`) and press Generate (`POST /v1/days/{day}/generate`), which writes new drafts over the freed time. Removed by the follow-up.

- `400`: The body, query or path did not validate; `errors` lists the fields.

- `410`: The route is gone and changes nothing; the `type` says which.
- `422`: The request is well-formed but cannot be carried out as it stands.
