`GET /v1/projects/{projectId}/rcs/senders/{senderId}/testNumbers/{testNumber}/retry`

Resend an invite and returns state for test number of sender for a project.

  - `state` 'DECLINED' | 'EXPIRED' | 'FAILED' | 'INVALID' | 'PENDING' | 'REJECTED' | 'UNVERIFIED' | 'VERIFIED' | 'UNRECOGNIZED', required: Test phone state.
  - `submitted` string, required: Date of submitting phone number.
