`POST /api/v1/tools/convert-video-format`

## Request

Convert a video to a different container/format via `output_format`
(e.g. mp4, mov, webm, gif). Changes format only — not resolution or
content. Async — returns a task_id (auto-polled).

  - `video_url` string, required: URL of the source video.
  - `output_format` 'mp4' | 'avi' | 'mkv' | 'mov' | 'wmv' | 'flv' | 'webm' | 'mpeg' | 'mpg' | '3gp' | 'ogv' | 'ts' | 'vob' | 'm4v' | 'f4v' | 'rm' | 'divx' | 'asf'

## Response `202`

Async task queued.
