# PM · Boards · Update board title, description, access level, or config

`PATCH /api/v1/pm/boards/{board_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.simplified.com`
- URL: `https://api.simplified.com/api/v1/pm/boards/{board_id}`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Partial update (PATCH) for a board. All fields optional — send only what
you want to change. Updatable fields: `title`, `description`, `access`, `extra`
(arbitrary JSON config merged into the board's _config).

## Request body

- BoardUpdateRequest: Partial board update (PATCH). All fields optional.
  - `title` string
  - `description` string
  - `access` integer: 0=PRIVATE, 1=PROTECTED, 2=PUBLIC.
  - `extra` object: Free-form board configuration (merged into `_config`).

## Response `200`

Board updated.
