`GET /api/v2/ai-video/models/{model_id}/fields`

Return the parameters a video model accepts for a given capability, and
the valid values for each. Public — no credential required.

`capability` is required, because a video model's fields differ
substantially between capabilities — a `first_last_frame` call takes asset
ids where a `prompt` call takes text.
