`POST /api/v1/tools/convert-image-format`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.simplified.com`
- URL: `https://api.simplified.com/api/v1/tools/convert-image-format`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Convert an image from one container format to another (jpg, jpeg, png,
webp, gif, bmp, tiff). Pass the source `image_url` and the target
`output_format`. This changes the file format ONLY — for pixel-level
edits (background removal, upscale, inpaint) use the other image tools
in this module. Async — returns a task_id (auto-polled).

## Request body

- object
  - `image_url` string, uri: URL of the image to convert.
  - `output_format` 'jpg' | 'jpeg' | 'png' | 'webp' | 'gif' | 'bmp' | 'tiff', required: Target image format.

## Response `202`

Async task queued.

- AsyncTaskResponse
  - `task_id` string: Poll GET /api/v1/tasks/{task_id} until SUCCESS or FAILURE.
