# Update single translation

`PATCH /api/v2/translations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.simplelocalize.io`

Updates a single translation.

It throws an error if the translation key (with optional namespace), language key or customerId does not exist.

`key` and `language` are required fields.

`text` and `reviewStatus` are the fields that can be updated.

If `text` is not provided, then the translation is not updated.

If `reviewStatus` is not provided, then the translation is marked as `NOT_REVIEWED`. Allowed values are `REVIEWED` and `NOT_REVIEWED`.
