# Confirm the owner's email with the code they read to you

`POST /agent/account/verify`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://simpledock.ai/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Five wrong codes lock the email; resend to get a new one. Confirming an account an agent created also emails the owner a link to set their password.

## Other responses

- `400`: Wrong or expired code
- `401`: Missing, invalid, or expired token
- `402`: Payment required — a Pro feature or a Free plan limit
- `403`: Forbidden — key is missing the required scope
- `409`: Too many wrong codes — resend the email for a new code
- `429`: Rate limited — slow down and retry after Retry-After
