# Register a normal SIMcloud child account

`POST /api/register.php`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://simcloud.co.za`
- URL: `https://simcloud.co.za/api/register.php`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates a normal SIMcloud account under the authenticated parent account and returns the new child's API token. The child has its own wallet, orders and API access. Retrying with the same parent token and cell number returns the existing child token.

  - `last_name` string, required
  - `cell` string, required: 10-digit South African mobile number beginning with 0.
  - `email` string, email, required
  - `password` string, password, required
  - `id_number` string: Optional valid South African ID number.
  - `business_name` string
  - `business_reg` string
  - `vatno` string
  - `address` string

## Response `200`

Existing child account returned for the same authenticated parent and cell number.

## Other responses

- `201`: Child account created; response includes its API token.
- `400`: Validation or JSON request error.
- `401`: Unauthorized parent token.
- `403`: Registration blocked for the supplied identity.
- `409`: Cell number belongs to an account outside this authenticated parent's downline.
- `422`: Upstream registration rejected the request.
- `502`: Upstream registration service error.
