  - `meter_number` string, required
  - `amount` integer, required: Total customer amount in whole rand (no cents). The fee is amount times 3 / 103, capped at R10 and rounded down to whole rand.
  - `client_reference` string, required
  - `recipient` string, required
  - `send_sms` boolean
  - `sms_company_name` string

## Response `201`

Electricity order accepted

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation or balance error
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `503`: Electricity unavailable
