`POST /public/v1/provider-groups/`

## Request

## Request body

- V1ProviderGroupCreateBody
  - `provider_id` string, uuid, nullable: The provider's Silna identifier
  - `mso_id` string, uuid, nullable: The MSO's Silna identifier
  - `name` string, required: Group name
  - `npi` string, required: National Provider Identifier
  - `tin` string, required: Tax Identification Number
  - `ptan` string, nullable: Provider Transaction Access Number
  - `primary_taxonomy_code` string, nullable: Primary taxonomy code
  - `is_default` boolean: Whether this is the default group

## Response `201`

- V1ProviderGroupCreateResponse
  - `id` string, uuid, required: The newly created provider group's Silna identifier
