- V1PayorDetectionRunCreateBody
  - `patient_id` string, uuid, required: The ID of the patient to run payor detection for
  - `payor_entity_ids` string[], nullable: Optional list of payor entity IDs to include in the detection run. These are unioned with the provider's configured payors.

## Response `201`

- V1PayorDetectionRunCreateResponse
  - `id` string, uuid, required: The ID of the created payor detection run. Use this to poll the GET endpoint for results.
