Officers, directors and holders of more than 10% (SEC Forms 3, 4 and 5), by name, never an address. `?symbol=`: the people in office at a company, each with the shares of their latest filing that reports them (today's shares, `percent` of capital, `value` at the last price), `holding` (the filing), `lastTrade`, `holderKey` when they have a holder page; `former` (replaced or inactive, with the evidence), `entities` (funds and companies above 10%, already counted through their 13D/G and 13F), `leadership` (latest 8-K item 5.02), `issuerCik` (the company's SEC CIK, under which EDGAR also files its insiders' forms). `?cik=`: one person — `positions` (each with `partition`, its breakdown: see /api/v1/holders/<key>), `partitions`, recent `declarations` (readable transactions), `holderKey`, `profile` (credited photo, accounts kept by hand), `issuerCiks` (each company's SEC CIK). `?view=people`: the /holders list revalued at the last price; `?view=directory`: the search directory (`fields`). A departure is never reported: inactive after 400 days without a filing, or replaced when another person reports their unique role (chief executive or chief financial officer).
