The Insider Report of the last closed quarter (two business days after its end, the Form 4 deadline); `/api/v1/insider-trading/<quarter>` (e.g. q3-2026) for a given quarter, since q3-2024. Purchases (code P) and sales (code S), on the market or privately, by people who file their Forms 4 alone (officers, directors, holders of more than 10%), at the reported price, reported indirect holdings included; amendments applied line by line. `report.sold` / `report.bought` (value in dollars, people, companies, lines), `sellers` / `buyers` (top 25: value, today's shares, lines, days, dates, last filing, `heldAfter` = shares held at the quarter's end, `heldValue` at its close), `mostSold` / `mostBought` (by company), `roles` (CEOs, CFOs, other officers, directors, holders of more than 10%), `months`, `newcomers` (Forms 3 of the quarter), `quality` (lines set aside: joint filings of a fund and its director — `jointSold` —, a fund's line reported again alone by a director — `fundsSold` —, transfers between filers or accounts at the same price on the same day — `transferValue` —, a spouse's lines counted once — `shared`, `with` on the line kept —, entities, issuers with depositary receipts; corrections from amendments); `state`: complete or live (quarter in progress); `live` = the quarter in progress below a closed quarter; `quarters`; `names`; `ciks` (each cited company's SEC CIK, under which EDGAR also files its insiders' forms).
