Ownership read by holder (Form 13F; `asOf` = last quarter whose filing deadline has passed, compared with `from`): `moves` = largest moves of active managers (status in/up/down/out, `deltaValue` = change in shares at the current quarter's price, `bookWeight` = weight of the position in the whole 13F book); `companies` = per company, number of holders and `prevHolders` (null until the previous quarter is read: `fromComplete`), share of capital declared (upper bound), share held by active managers, entries, exits, net flow in dollars and in share of capital, top active buyer and seller; `convictions` = positions of 5% to 50% of the book of an active manager above $500M; `fresh` = filings for the quarter now being filed, each against the same filer's previous quarter; `holders` = largest holders (value, book, share of the book in the universe, `style`: active, index, market_maker, wealth; `flow` when the holder is comparable — present at both dates, book of the same order of magnitude); `investors` = companies of the universe that file a 13F themselves; `declarants` = Schedule 13D/G filers without a 13F for the quarter (individuals, companies holding a stake), as the stock maps keep them: `positions` (today's shares, share of capital, date and accession of each filing, `valueUsd` at the quarter's reference price in shares of that date, null without a price), `asOf` = most recent filing, no book and no flow; `rotation` = purchases, sales and net by sector of comparable holders; `ledger` = reading register by period. Every 13F line is stored as filed; entities of a house are summed; a line whose value contradicts its share count is set aside (`excluded`), a value in thousands is read in dollars (`unitFixed`), a share count filed after a split that followed the report date is read at its date (`splitFixed`), a table larger than the filer's book is not published (`suspect`). `coverage`: a floor until the wave of the due quarter is read. `?view=directory`: compact directory (key, name, logo, value, style). `?view=performance&period=quarter|year|3y|5y&order=best|worst&limit=`: active managers ranked by what the AI-stock portfolio they declared at the start of each quarter, held unchanged to its end (adjusted closes), returned, chained from quarter to quarter — never the change in declared value; `return` and `vsBenchmark` (against SMH) as fractions, `aiBook` = value priced at the start of the last quarter, `criteria` (at least $250M in these stocks, five positions, none above half, 95% priced), `median`, `eligible`, `windows` (houses read and reasons for exclusion by quarter).

## Response `200`

The data, as JSON. Read the conventions above before reading a field: changes and ratios are fractions, and null means unavailable — never zero.

- object

## Other responses

- `400`: A parameter is not usable (unknown ticker, bad range).
- `404`: Nothing at this address, or nothing to serve for this company yet.
- `429`: Too many requests: wait a minute.
