One holder (`key`: house or filer key, e.g. vanguard, magnetar-financial, elon-r-musk), computed on its lines when read: entities, positions in the universe (shares, value, weight in what it holds there and in its whole book, share of the company's capital, move since the previous quarter, accession), sectors (share today and before, net), `flows`, `fresh` (its filing for the current quarter, if already filed), dated Schedule 13D/G filings (`cik` = the company, under which EDGAR also files the document); `suspect` when the table filed under its name is not its own. A 13D/G filer without a 13F (`source` = "13D/G", `declaredAsOf`): its declared positions, with no book, flow or coverage. A person or a 13D/G filer: `partitions` = each stake broken down, at the last price (`pricedAt`, ms) and in today's shares — `held` (shares held according to the latest Form 3, 4 or 5: form, asOf, accession, url, shares, percent, value), `counted` (what the SEC counts as theirs according to the 13D/G kept, Rule 13d-3), `segments` (kind: held, restricted, units, options, warrants, convertible, exchangeable, undetailed, declared; shares, percent, value; `holder` for held: direct, trust, foundation, spouse, retirement, entity; `names` as filed; `classes` [class, shares]; exercise `price` and `expires` of a right; `performance`; `quote` = the filed passage; `source`: 13D/G or Form 4), `total`, `basis` (filing = the filing's own breakdown, to the share; forms = the Form 4 plus what the 13D/G counts beyond it; form4; total), `partsFrom` (breakdown taken from an earlier filing with the same total), `heldIsNewer`. A person who also files Forms 3, 4 and 5 (`insiderCik`): `insider` = the view of /api/v1/insiders?cik= (one page per person; /insiders/<cik> redirects there). A 13F filer: `history.quarters` = what it declares in the universe each quarter since the end of 2019 (`asOf`, `value` in dollars as filed, `companies`), and for each position `since` = since when it has declared it without interruption (`since` = first quarter, `quarters`, `atLeast`: from the start of the history, so "at least"). `performance` (a 13F filer): `quarters` = each quarter since the end of September 2021 (`start`, `end`, `return` of the portfolio declared at the start and held unchanged, `benchmark` = SMH, `aiBook`, `positions`, `priced`), `periods` (quarter, year, 3y, 5y: `return`, `benchmark`, `rank` and `of` in the ranking), `sinceStart`, `ranked`, `exclusion` (why it is not ranked). `feed` = its Atom feed (its 13F, 13D/G and Forms 3, 4 and 5), to follow without an account.
