Financial statements filed with the SEC (XBRL): `quarterly` (last 12 calendar quarters, fiscal Q4 and quarterly cash flows rebuilt from year-to-date figures) and `annual` (last 6 fiscal years, `FY` + closing year, the previous one for a 52/53-week year closed in the first week of January). Each statement: `periods` (period, end, filing date, `filing` = accession + sec.gov link) and `lines`, one value per period, in `currency` (null = not filed): income statement (revenue, costOfRevenue, grossProfit, rd, sga, opex, operatingIncome, interestExpense, pretaxIncome, incomeTax, netIncome, ebitda, da, sbc, eps, sharesDiluted), balance sheet (cash, receivables, inventory, currentAssets, goodwill, assets, currentLiabilities, debt, liabilities, equity, netCash — `debt` is the sum of the debt lines of each balance sheet as filed, read on the page the SEC renders: borrowings, notes, convertibles, credit lines, commercial paper; 0 when the balance sheet has none, null when it is not read or a line could not be classified; finance leases on their own line are not included), cash flow (operatingCashFlow, capex, freeCashFlow, investingCashFlow, financingCashFlow, buybacks, dividendsPaid). Outflows are negative. `derived`: computed lines and their formula (`formulas`). `foreign`: per-share amounts per ordinary share, not per ADS. `revisions`: figures restated by the company (was → now). `releases` (a foreign issuer that publishes its quarters on Form 6-K without tagging them: TSMC, Bitdeer): `audited: false`, `inRatios` (whether the trailing-twelve-month ratios of the desk use them: four consecutive quarters under one accounting standard), `transition` (`on`, `from`, `to`: the company changed accounting standard — Bitdeer, IFRS to US GAAP on 2026-01-01), `months` (month, revenue, change over a year, accession, link), `quarters` (income statement of the release, dollar revenue published by the company, margins, EPS, breakdown by process node when complete, wafers, average rate, `standard`: the accounting standard of the release when the company changed it, `doubts`: comparatives the release itself contradicts, not used), `guidance` (outlook for the next quarter) — next to the statements, never inside them. `debt` (the latest balance sheet read): `asOf`, `form`, `filed`, `accession`, `url` (the balance sheet page on sec.gov), `withLeases` (a line combines debt and finance leases, as the company presents it), `lines` (label as filed, value, `member` for a line presented by dimension member). `financingSince` (when a filing was read after that balance sheet): what the company borrowed, raised or opened since its date, read in 8-K items 1.01, 2.03 and 3.02, 424B prospectuses and foreign issuers' 6-K releases — `since` (the balance sheet date), `items` (each instrument once, at its most advanced status: `kind` notes, convertible_notes, commercial_paper, term_loan, revolving_credit, credit_facility, equity_offering, equity_program, shares_issued, warrants, resale; `status` proposed, priced, closed, signed, drawn, increased, program; `amount` and `currency`, `coupon` as a fraction, `floating`, `maturity`, `shares`, `security` (what `shares` counts when not common shares: `ads` or `preferred`; `price` is that security's), `price`, `size` of a facility after an increase, `holder` of warrants, `prefunded` (a warrant paid for upfront, exercised for a nominal price: shares sold in advance), `aggregate` (`amount` is the price paid for all the warrants of the filing together), `quote` = the sentence of the filing, `form`, `filed`, `accession`, `url`, `filings` = filings that told it), `newDebtUsd` (notes priced or issued + loans drawn), `newEquityUsd` (shares sold for cash), `warrantsSoldUsd` (warrants sold for cash), `facilitiesUsd` (facilities signed or increased, commercial paper programs), `otherCurrencies` (amounts not in dollars, never added up) — gross: repayments are not netted; never added to `debt`.

## Path parameters

- `symbol` string, required

## Query parameters

- `lang` 'en' | 'fr'

## Response `200`

The data, as JSON. Read the conventions above before reading a field: changes and ratios are fractions, and null means unavailable — never zero.

- object

## Other responses

- `400`: A parameter is not usable (unknown ticker, bad range).
- `404`: Nothing at this address, or nothing to serve for this company yet.
- `429`: Too many requests: wait a minute.
