What moved since a date (90 days at most): accepted filings, figures restated by the company, signals, ownership filings, each dated and verifiable (accession, SEC link or the figure's page). `events`: the `limit` most recent; `complete` is false when the window holds more — `events` then covers everything after `coversFrom`. `digest=1`: `digest` summarizes the whole window (`totals` by kind, `rows` ranked by importance — 3 major … 0 technical signal —, repeats merged: one signal on several stocks in a session, a company's insider filings of one category with their total amount, a filer's 13F; `complete` / `coversFrom` likewise).
