`GET /api/v1/export`

Flat-file history export (JSONL default, CSV optional): any daily-ledger domain, the append-only event feeds (HBM qualification timeline, capacity signals, benchmark observations, fab capacity, foundry IR facts), or any curated market-data time series (hbm-pricing, component-lead-times, wafer-price-tsmc, … — enumerate via /api/v1/market-data). One HTTP call, download-ready (Content-Disposition), bounded at 10,000 rows with an explicit truncated flag — narrow with from/to to page longer histories. Where the dataset has published method notes, the X-Methodology response header links them.
