Returns current allocation status (fully_booked → available), lead-time weeks (min/max), utilization, price trend, geo risk, and publicly-reported customer allocation shares, plus optional time-series history (lead time, %-capacity-locked, per-customer share). Every record carries provenance (source type, confidence tier, last updated). A latest_signal or history reading whose only source is a social-media post carries source_class "social", one cited only to this site's own pages source_class "self"; both are confidence low (null source_class otherwise).
