# Instantiate a gallery template into the workspace

`POST /v1/template-gallery/{slug}/instantiate`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.signvoy.com`
- URL: `https://api.signvoy.com/v1/template-gallery/{slug}/instantiate`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Workspace-Id`
  - HTTP bearer

Clones the gallery template (PDF + content) into a new workspace template. Use mode="customize" to open the editor, or mode="send" to auto-publish and send immediately.

- `slug` string, required

## Request body

- InstantiateGalleryTemplateDto

## Response `201`

New workspace template created.

## Other responses

- `403`: Plan tier does not allow this template.
- `404`: Gallery template not found.
