# Describe an anonymous checkout

`GET /v1/billing/public/checkout/{sessionId}`

Returns the plan, seat count, and email for a checkout started without an account, so the post-payment page can confirm what was bought and point the buyer at the right sign-in address. Sessions that were not started anonymously are reported as not found.

  - `plan` string, nullable: Plan bought
  - `interval` string, nullable: Billing interval bought
  - `seats` number, nullable: Total seats bought, including those the plan bundles
  - `email` string, nullable: Email Stripe collected. The subscription is attached to an account for this address, so it is the address the buyer must sign in with.
  - `paid` boolean, required: Whether the payment has settled. Delayed payment methods can complete a session while the charge is still pending.
