# Get fields data from completed document

`GET /v2/documents/{document_id}/fields`

This endpoint allows API users to get the values of the fields completed by the signer.

## Response `200`

Fields of the document and their values.

- object
  - `data` object[]: List of fields.
    - `id` string: ID of the field.
    - `name` string: Name of the field.
    - `type` string: Type of the field, for example `text` or `enumeration`.
    - `value` string: Value of the field. `null` if the field was not filled in.
  - `meta` object: Pagination details.
    - `pagination` object: Pagination information for the result set.
      - `count` integer: Number of items on the current page.
      - `links` object: Links to the adjacent pages. An empty array when there are no other pages; otherwise an object with `next` and/or `previous` URLs.
      - `total` integer: Total number of items.
      - `per_page` integer: Maximum number of items per page.
      - `total_pages` integer: Total number of pages.
      - `current_page` integer: Number of the current page.

## Other responses

- `400`: * Incorrect or missing token. * Document with this `document_id` doesn't exist. * This user has no rights to access the document.
- `403`: If user's email is not verified.
- `404`: * If the document has been deleted or is in the trash bin. * If {document_id} has incorrect format (too many or not enough symbols).
