# Create doc group template

`POST /v2/document-group-templates`

This endpoint allows API users to create an empty document group template. Once the document group template is created, users can add one or more templates or documents to this document group template.

A successful request returns a document group template ID.

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string, required: Document group template name.
  - `folder_id` string: ID of the templates folder that will be used to create a document group template. If provided, must refer to a valid and accessible folder of templates.

## Response `200`

Successful response.

  - `data` object: Created document group template.
    - `id` string: ID of the document group template.

## Other responses

- `400`: - Wrong, expired, or missing token. - `name` is empty. - `name` is not a string. - `name` has unsupported symbols. - `name` length is too long. - `folder_id` is empty. - `folder_id` is not a string. - `folder_id` is incorrect. - `folder_id`is not a folder of templates. - `folder_id` is not accessible.
