# Update contact group

`PUT /v2/crm/groups/{group_id}`

Allows users to rename the contact group.

## Request body

  - `name` string, required: The updated group name.

## Response `204`

Contacts group has been updated successfully

## Other responses

- `400`: * Wrong, expired, or missing token. * The group name is missing or empty. * The group name is not a string. * The group name contains invalid characters. * The group name is too long.
- `404`: Contacts group not found or does not belong to authorized user.
- `405`: Method not allowed.
- `422`: Group name already exists.
