# Create brand

`POST /v2/brands`

## Request

This endpoint allows users to create a `brand` object for [branding](/docs/guides-branding) (whitelabling).

> [!NOTE]
> To create brands from an application in development mode, the account needs a paid API plan, an API free trial, or a Site License.

## Request body

- object
  - `title` string, required: Name of the brand.

## Response `201`

Successful response.

- object
  - `id` string: Brand unique ID.

## Other responses

- `400`: * Incorrect or missing token. * Request body is incorrect or missing. * Incorrect payload. * `title` is not a string. * `title` is empty. * `title` is longer than `100` characters.
- `403`: * The user is authorized with a token from an app they don’t own. * The application is in development mode, and the account has no paid API plan, API free trial, or Site License.
