# Get team

`GET /team/{team_id}`

This endpoint allows API users to get information about a team.

## Response `200`

Team details.

- object
  - `id` string: ID of the team.
  - `name` string: Name of the team.
  - `type` string: Team type: `VIEWABLE` or `SHAREABLE`.
  - `active` boolean: Whether the team is active.
  - `created` string: Unix timestamp of when the team was created, as a string.
  - `members` object[]: Team members.
    - `id` string: ID of the user.
    - `role` string: Role in the team: `admin` or `member`.
    - `emails` string[]: Email addresses of the user.
    - `status` string: Membership status, for example `accepted`.
    - `billing` integer: Whether the user manages billing for the team: `1` for yes, `0` for no.
    - `primary` boolean: Whether the user is the primary admin of the team.
    - `full_name` string: Full name of the user.
    - `avatar_url` string: URL of the user's avatar.
    - `can_admin_view` boolean: Whether team admins can view the user's documents.
    - `document_access` integer: Whether the user has access to team documents: `1` for yes, `0` for no.
  - `updated` string: Unix timestamp of the last update, as a string.
  - `settings` object[]: Team settings.
    - `value` string: Value of the setting, as a string.
    - `description` string: Name of the setting.
  - `generic_name` string: Generic sender name of the team.
  - `workspace_id` string: ID of the workspace the team belongs to. `null` if the team is not linked to a workspace.
  - `generic_email` string: Generic email address of the team.

## Other responses

- `400`: * User is not in the team. * Team not found.
