# Get smart fields from template

`GET /document/{template_id}/integration_objects`

## Request

This endpoint allows API users to retrieve the smart fields of a template.

## Response `200`

Successful response.

- object
  - `integration_objects` object[]: Array of integration objects (smart fields) in the template.
    - `x` string: X coordinates of the field on the page.
    - `y` string: Y coordinates of the field on the page.
    - `id` string: ID of the smart field.
    - `data` string: Name of the field.
    - `font` string: Font type of the text in the field.
    - `size` string: Font size of the text in the field.
    - `email` string: Email address of the user who added the smart field.
    - `created` string: Timestamp of when the field was created.
    - `user_id` string: User ID of the user who added the field.
    - `document_id` string: ID of the template.
    - `line_height` string: Line height of the field (in pixels)
    - `page_number` integer: The page number in the template where the smart field is located.
    - `json_attributes` object: Text attributes.
      - `bold` boolean: Whether the text in the field is bold.
      - `color` string: Color of the field.
      - `italic` boolean: Whether the text in the field is italicized.
      - `underline` boolean: Whether the text in the field is underlined.
    - `api_integration_id` string: Identifies whether it's a smart field or a Salesforce field.

## Other responses

- `400`: * Wrong, expired, or missing token. * The document doesn't exist.
