# Save and Send

`POST /internal/api/clients/{client_id}/intake-requests/{request_id}/save-and-send`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.signalshq.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.signalshq.io/internal/api/clients/{client_id}/intake-requests/{request_id}/save-and-send`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Password
  - Token URL: `/auth/login`

If DRAFT: set status to EMAIL_SENT, move items to PENDING, and send the client upload link email. If already EMAIL_SENT/ACTIVE/COMPLETED: move any DRAFT items to PENDING and resend the email. Uses recipient_email from the intake request or client profile. No body required.

- SaveAndSendRequest: Request body for Save and Send (no body required; request_id in path).

  - `success` boolean: Whether the email was sent successfully
  - `message` string, required: Success message
  - `recipient_email` string, required: Email address where the link was sent
  - `status` 'DRAFT' | 'EMAIL_SENT' | 'ACTIVE' | 'COMPLETED' | 'EXPIRED' | 'REVOKED', required: Enum for intake request status
  - `status_label` string, required: Human-readable status for UI display.
