# Get the current email-notification preferences for the calling user + customer

`GET /api/me/notification-prefs`

Always returns a shape — falls back to defaults (emailSharedWithMe=true, emailMentioned=true, emailCommentedOnMyShare=false, emailRoleChanged=true) when no row has been saved yet.

- NotificationPrefs
  - `emailSharedWithMe` boolean, required: Email when a teammate shares a signal with you. Default: true.
  - `emailMentioned` boolean, required: Email when a teammate @-mentions you. Default: true.
  - `emailCommentedOnMyShare` boolean, required: Email when a teammate comments on a signal you shared (and you are not the commenter). Default: false.
  - `emailRoleChanged` boolean, required: Email when an admin changes your role. Default: true.
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required
