`GET /stations/list`

The caller's stations, each with a health readout over the last N days.

Query: ?product_id=<uuid> to scope to one product (optional).

Per station:
  leads_captured   posts the feed actually yielded
  surfaced         how many became missions you could act on
  empty_fetches    fetches that returned nothing
  rate_limited     of those, how many were the source throttling US
  weight           favoured | neutral | demoted (learned from your feedback)
  verdict          plain-language reading — see the module note above
