`GET /senate-insiders/discovery/recent-votes`

## Request

Returns recent congressional roll-call votes across all members,
sourced from Congress.gov, newest first. Each row records the member,
chamber, roll-call number, congress and session, the associated bill (if
any), vote date, the member's position, the question, and the result.
Filter by chamber, party, or position.

**Credit cost: 3**
