# Late STOCK Act filers

`GET /senate-insiders/discovery/late-filers`

## Request

Returns disclosed transactions flagged as late under the STOCK Act's
45-day disclosure deadline, ordered by filing delay (longest first).
Each row includes the politician, ticker, transaction and disclosure
dates, the computed filing delay in days, disclosed amount range, and a
link to the source filing. A trade whose transaction date is suspect (a
probable mistyped year upstream — it lags its own otherwise on-time
filing by ~one year) is never listed here: its delay is not measured.
`owner` is `null` when the filing did not state one ("Not stated",
never "Self").
