# Get comprehensive ownership breakdown

`GET /intelligence/{ticker}/ownership`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Unified ownership view that merges 13F institutional holdings, Form 4
insider positions, and 13D/13G beneficial ownership, deduplicated by
entity so the most authoritative filing wins per holder. `retail` is
the UNATTRIBUTED residual — shares no filing accounts for (recent
offering buyers, acquisition holders who have not filed, and retail),
so an upper bound on retail rather than a retail count. The key name
is kept for compatibility.
