# Market-wide clinical trial search

`GET /clinical-trials`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.signal8.ai/api/v1/public`
- URL: `https://api.signal8.ai/api/v1/public/clinical-trials`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Search the full universe of clinical trials across every tracked
company (cross-company), not scoped to a single ticker. Filter by
phase, indication/condition, sponsor, status, and a date window on a
chosen date field, then sort and paginate. Trial data is sourced from
ClinicalTrials.gov. This is an alias of `/clinical-trials/search` —
both paths behave identically.
